Registration for the 2025 summer season is now open!

Welcome back to Maplewood Swim Club!

The 2025 Summer Season will be here shortly, and we hope to see many returning members as well as new members.

Opening Day: June 9, 2025 (12 p.m. – 8 p.m.)

Membership Instructions

Maplewood Swim Club is now open for registration for the 2025 season. We plan to open Memorial Weekend (May 24th) and open full time, every day starting Saturday, June 9th.

Maplewood is privately owned by the members who become bondholders by purchasing a bond. If you swam with us last year, then you know about our online registration system. Click the link here to be taken to our registration software page. You will not receive new fobs unless you are adding an individual who was not registered last year. Any new fobs will be waiting for you at the front gate. Just like last year, you will scan your fobs to enter the club.

Please follow the instructions below to get started: You must register on-line and choose a membership.

1. Click “Member Registration” if you are new.

2. Sign in to your existing account if you are already a member.

Remember to scroll through the entire list to locate your appropriate membership level. Bonded Memberships are listed first. The second list is for returning Non-Bonded Members and the third list is for 1st time Non-Bonded Memberships.

Our guest passes for 2025 are: $10 – at all times.

Bonds

Maplewood Swim Club is a member-owned, outdoor swim club. Maplewood is a bonded club. That means each member owns 1 share. We limit our membership to 350 bondholders, so each of us owns 1/350th of the club.

The cost of the bond is $400. You can pay the bond in full or make two payments of $200 over a two year period. Should you decide not to return for an ensuing year, you forfeit any partial bond payments. Also, you are not a voting member until your bond is paid in full.

Credit card payments preferred.

All checks must be mailed to PO Box 125 Southampton, PA 18966. Please do not hand checks to staff.
